Business Academy & Community maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against any forms of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE). We are committed to fostering a safe digital environment for all users.
1. Explicit Prohibition of CSAE and CSAM
We strictly prohibit any of the following activities within our application and ecosystem:
- Uploading, hosting, storing, sharing, or transmitting any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
- Any behavior that promotes, facilitates, or encourages Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE).
- Grooming, sexual solicitation, harassment, or unlawful contact targeting minors.
2. Enforcement & Moderation Protocol
To ensure strict compliance and protect child safety, we execute the following protocols:
- Immediate removal of any flagged or detected illegal material.
- Permanent account suspension and IP ban for violators.
- Mandatory reporting of CSAM/CSAE incidents to relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and regional law enforcement.
3. Reporting Violations
If you suspect or identify any content or behavior violating our Child Safety Policy, report it immediately.
